A four-second image animation and an eight-second one use different settings here. At four seconds, the connector accepts 360p, 720p or 1080p. At eight seconds, it requires 720p. A copied eight-second request with 1080p is rejected before generation.
Upload a clear source image and describe the motion around it: a restrained camera push, shifting light or a controlled object movement. Text alone cannot start this route. If you provide endpoint images or multiple references, check that the selected action is supported by the actual provider configuration.
Keep important packaging details legible in the source and review them again across the output. Image input does not guarantee a product-exact result. Confirm permission to upload the source and the provider terms for the planned campaign before using the clip.

No. This connector requires image input and rejects text-to-video for vidu2.0.
Why is my eight-second 1080p request rejected?
Eight-second tasks require 720p. Use four seconds for the connector’s 1080p option, or keep eight seconds and choose 720p.
Does the default use the highest resolution?
No. The connector default is four seconds at 360p. Select the valid settings appropriate for your output and review their quote.
