Illustrative editorial rhythm. Your calendar shows your own drafts and delivery states.

A plan makes space. A review makes it ready.

Accept a weekly plan and Manyframe creates dated Planned draft entries. That gives the ideas a place in the calendar without sending them to a social account.

Review each brief, attach the owned media, choose accounts and check the caption and platform settings. From there, publish immediately, choose a future date, use the next available posting slot or save the item as a draft.

Keep the plan useful by leaving room for real business changes. Update an offer, replace a visual or hold a post when the timing is no longer right.

Build a rhythm once. Use it when you're ready.

  1. Create posting slots

Name a slot, select weekdays, choose a local time and set its IANA timezone in Planner → Posting slots.

  2. Add sensible defaults

Choose optional destination accounts and their required platform settings. You can override these during publishing review.

  3. Schedule a reviewed post

Select Use next posting slot after reviewing the content. Track delivery progress and the final account-level outcome in the calendar.

Dates and delivery are different decisions.

A posting slot defines available times. It does not generate content or publish a recurring post by itself. Editorial automations create recurring drafts; Canvas schedules execute approved recurring workflows. Choose the behavior and spending approval that match the job.

Will my weekly plan post automatically?

No. Accepted weekly plans create dated Planned draft entries. Add media and accounts, review the item, then approve scheduling or publishing.

Can a slot use my local timezone?

Yes. Posting slots use a local time and an IANA timezone, so the timing is explicit rather than dependent on a browser setting.

Where do I check a failed post?

Open the calendar entry and its delivery details. Generation and account delivery can have different outcomes; submitted or unknown states are reconciled instead of treated as confirmed publication.
