A little more rhythm

Keep the ideas moving. Keep the decisions yours.

Give recurring work a brief, a cadence and a budget. Produce drafts for review or run an approved Canvas workflow, with the scope made explicit.

01 / Editorial automations

A fresh draft, on a rhythm.

Use Planner → Automations for recurring editorial work. A configured occurrence can research, write and create an editable content pack and calendar draft.

  • Daily or weekly cadence
  • Local time and IANA timezone
  • Text, carousel or one-image output modes
  • A reviewable draft at the end
02 / Canvas schedules

An approved sequence, repeated.

Use a Schedule node for an existing creative graph. Configure the model steps, inputs and optional destinations, then approve the recurring execution.

  • A saved graph of connected steps
  • A fresh quote before activation
  • A lifetime spending budget
  • Run and delivery history

A repeating task deserves a specific brief.

“Make content” leaves a lot of room. A useful recurring instruction narrows it.

Define the audience, topic, offer and format. Give the draft a useful job: a weekly product tip, a timely industry update or a short explanation based on your company sources.

For editorial work, choose the available text model, token limit, optional research query and output mode. Review the maximum cost per run and lifetime budget before approving recurring spending.

Research can add cited evidence. It does not remove the need to check your product claims, dates and interpretation. The resulting editorial draft still needs a human decision before publishing.

Put a boundary around the repeat

The budget is part of the brief.

Paid image generation and model writing use the available routes and wallet accounting. Keep per-run and lifetime limits aligned with the value of the task. Review the run history for blocked, failed or uncertain outcomes before deciding what to change.

Pause or cancel when the job no longer fits. Already accepted provider jobs or posts can still finish and reconcile; stopping a schedule prevents new work from starting.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Still curious? Browse all FAQs

Does an editorial automation post the finished draft?

Editorial automation creates an editable content pack and calendar draft. Users select accounts and approve delivery through the publishing flow. An approved Canvas workflow can include a separately configured publishing step.

Is a posting slot the same as an automation?

No. A slot defines available posting times. Editorial automations and Canvas schedules provide recurring execution.

Does a manual Canvas approval cover recurring runs?

No. Manual runs and recurring schedules have separate approvals. Activate the schedule with a fresh quote and a lifetime budget.

Can every workspace use all automation outputs?

Available models, source processing, media rendering and generation routes depend on workspace configuration. Review the options and quote shown in your account.
