Group the references by their purpose: product identity, visual environment, movement and sound. The higher slot limits give you room to supply material, but they do not make contradictory instructions easier to resolve.
Start with the smallest set that explains the scene. Add a reference only when you can say what it contributes. Review the selected 2.5 route's supported inputs, account entitlement and quote before approving the task; a connector declaration does not establish commercial permission.

No. Frame mode and multimodal reference mode remain separate, even with the larger 2.5 limits.
