Choose a first frame that clearly establishes the subject. If the final composition matters, supply one last frame too, then describe the movement between them. A final frame needs a first frame; it is not an independent reference slot.

Can I add video and audio references?
Not through this route’s multimodal reference mode. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 have separate reference-media support.
Can I use only the last frame?
No. The connector requires a first-frame image when a last-frame image is supplied.
